Welcome to the Cremore Clinic. The Doctors and Staff of the Cremore Clinic invite you to experience our holistic approach to General Practice of which we are very proud. Our aim is to work with you to keep you as healthy as possible in mind and body by the early detection and prevention of disease. Our goal is to provide the highest quality medical care to you and your family from the point where you might think about becoming pregnant to your golden years.

The Cremore Clinic started as a small, single handed general practice in 1990, providing the highest quality of care to the people of Glasnevin and surrounding areas. Over the years we have grown into a multi-doctor, multi–disciplinary group practice, with a wide range of specialist and ancillary services, while maintaining our commitment to excellence in patient care.

The Cremore Clinic has been selected as a teaching practice by all three universities in Dublin and we help in training medical students from U.C.D., Trinity and the Royal College of Surgeons.

Our team offer a wide range of medical expertise and our staff have recently been specially trained in exciting new scientific developments associated with sub fertility and predictive fertility. (see 'Special Services')

Our state-of-the-art purpose built premises has allowed us to greatly extend our services to include Fertility Services, Minor surgical procedures and specialty Family Planning such as Mirena , Implanon and Early Pregnancy Ultrasound Scan and Follice Tracking Ultrasound Scans.

. Currently the clinic boasts eight doctors, two nurses, a midwife and a full time Physiotherapist, a Psychotherapist and a Chiropodist. Dr Nuala O Farrell who founded the clinic was delighted to celebrate twenty-five years of continuous and comprehensive care in the Community in 2015 .


Special Services

Chiropody

Joanne Beckett is our chiropodist. Appointments are made by ringing (01) 834 4612. Many medical card holders are entitled to a 'Chiropody Card'. Please ask at the desk and we will supply you with an application form for a Chiropody card.

Fertility First

Fertility First is our new dedicated Fertility Services for men and women. There is much more information on this exciting service under ' Services' . We offer specialised testing eg A.M.H. for women and DNA fragmentation tests for men. Fertility Clinic >>

Heart Health Clinic

At the Cremore Clinic we have a Heart Health Dedicated Clinic. If you wish to attend for heart screening, ring (01) 834 4612 and book a Dedicated Clinic appointment.

Menopause Clinic

Mental Health

The brain and the body are not separate entities. Mental or emotionally stressful situations can be the most difficult health issues to deal with for the majority of people. Our Mental Health Clinic >>

Minor Surgery

Many procedures are suitable to be done in General Practice thus cutting down on long waiting lists for Hospital. These include, cryosurgery, removal of moles and some other skin lesions, removal of toenails and joint injections. You will need to make an appointment to see one of our doctors before we can consider you for minor surgery >>.

Mirena Clinic

At the Cremore Clinic. We offer fitting of the Mirena Intrauterine System ( coil ) as a Speciality Clinic.

Physiotheraphy

We have a full time Physiotherapist on staff. He is a wonderful asset to our Practice and has an interest in Musculoskeletal problems.

Psychotherapy

Our Psychotherapist is Dorothy Twohig. We have had terrific feedback from patients since she joined the Practice. Appointments are made for Dorothy in the same way as any other appointment by ringing 018344611. Cost is €75 per session. It is not possible to predict how many sessions you might need without assessment.

Sexual Health

Travel Vaccines Clinic

The Cremore Clinic has been providing Travel Advice now for sixteen years. We have a yellow fever licence and we do a group rate and back up service for secondary schools on immersion programmes. We hold a Yellow fever licence. You will need to talk to nurse Deirdre with your travel itinerary before your first visit.
