The Cremore Clinic would like to advise patients signing for the ‘ Under 6 ‘ contract.
You sign on by logging onto hse.ie. Patients can register under Dr Nuala O Farrell, Dr Fiona Dennehy or Dr Iain Morrison. Dr Sarah Lawler, she can also have an under 6s Medical Card Register against her.
It does not matter which doctors name appears on the Under 6 card, your child can continue to be seen by the Doctor of your choice in the clinic. In cases of urgency we will always endeavour to see your child the same day but we cannot guarantee which Doctor is available in an emergency.
We do run an URGENT CARE CLINIC every day. This is a clinic for emergencies and patients ( adult and children ) who need to be seen that day. One of our Doctors will be dedicated to that clinic on a particular day.
