In an emergency either call an Ambulance (999) or go to the nearest Hospital Emergency Department.

If you have a severe infection or an acute illness our Doctors run a ‘same day clinic’.  Please phone as early as possible to maximise your chance of a same day appointment. Phone lines open at 8.00am.  We do prioritise sick children and babies.

We limit house calls to those who absolutely cannot make it to the surgery.  We ask patients and relatives of the severely ill to phone for a housecall before 12 noon at the latest so the doctors can plan their day.

If you look at our website ‘cremoreclinic.ie’ you can download our prescription order form.  Please fill out all your medication, the dose and how often you take them.  Please complete with as much information as possible as this will help speed up our prescription process.  This form can be faxed, posted or dropped into the surgery.  It usually takes three to four days for prescriptions to be ready.

Order your prescription at least a 3-5 working days in advance of collection using the Prescription Order Form which can be downloaded from our website, click here. We can also receive your form by post, by hand or by emailing it to [email protected].

Please drop in Hospital prescriptions on your way home from the hospital so that we can have them ready for you as soon as possible.  The chemist will give you a five day supply anyway.

When you have seen and been examined by the Doctor he or she will decide the appropriate tests that need to be taken and will send you to one of our nurses for the appropriate blood tests, ECG,  24 BP Monitor and Spirometry. etc.

All test results are reviewed by the Doctor.

If they are normal or stable you will receive a text message. If they are not normal you will be notified by either one of our nurses or the Doctor.

You must be first seen by the Doctor to certify you as unfit for work.  If you have recently seen the Doctor we may be able to write or extend a Certificate.
